Joe Hoefert of Godfrey, Il with his first ever archery bull. One shot- nice job! We had a good

amount of action the first week, with all hunters being within 30 yards or less of a bull.

Several were harvested.

 

Our second week is shaping up nicely as well. We have had all but one of our clients within

20 yards of a bull elk and we still have 2 days to go in this hunt. Some nice antlers in camp

that will have pictures posted over the week-end from this hunt.

 

The weather has been BEAUTIFUL! Sunny skies everyday with lows in the high 30's and

 highs in the upper 80's. The best time of year to be in the woods in Montana.
